Notes:
Very solid, tight performance. Show moves along pretty fast as they don't do as much fooling around as in other shows. "Ice Cream Man" is among the shortest 1981 renditions. Dave's rap after "Hear About It Later" is also a little shorter. Not much else to say other than this is a nicely executed show that really doesn't have any hitches.
There probably aren't many lower-gen tapes out there of this. Unlike other copies, this has the encores and the encores are the same quality as the rest of the show. Quality is pretty good for a 1981 recording. There's audience cheering but you'll hear the songs just fine without much interference. There is a minor cut at the beginning of "Everybody Wants Some" for a tape flip, and then a minor cut in crowd noise before the encores for a tape change. Other than that there aren't any analog issues to speak of. If you're really picky about analog quality and only want a handful of the best recordings, you might like this, you might not. For example if you don't accept anything less than the Philly 7/21/81 "Martial Law" quality, then don't download. Everyone else though should have no problem enjoying this recording.
